Growing In Unity Day 2 - Celebrate!

Welcome to Day 2 of my Growing in Unity week sponsored by Unity Stamp Co!  Hold on to your hats...here we go!

denim, Independence day, celebrate

I was looking around in the Silhouette store for some inspiration for today's card and came across this adorable print and cut file of a little boy that reminds me of my heart-meltingly-cute grandson!

See what I mean?  They really look alike!  Well, except one is a cartoon!  Ha ha!  Anyway, my inspiration was complete and I just had to make a card for him with the file!  I had some denim paper in my stash from The Robin's Nest that I used for the base.  I embossed some red cardstock with a D'Vine Swirls embossing folder, and then popped up my cute little guy on top.

For the sentiment, I used the Unity Itty Bitty Celebrate Stamp set and some Quick Quotes chalking ink on white cardstock that I hand-cut into a banner.  The stamp has 5 stars below the word, and I found some glittery star brads exactly the same size, so I used those right under the word.  Love it!

4th of July, celebrate

Here's an "ingredient list:"

Unity Celebrate Stamp Set
Quick Quotes Chalking Inks
Cuttlebug A2 Embossing Folder, D'vine Swirls
Scotch Advanced Tape Glider
Foam Adhesive Squares
Card Stock, 8.5"x11", White
Silhouette Cameo

See ya tomorrow!

Happy Scrapping! ~Amy E
